raised with AQ and the BB called...flop came A64...he bet and i called hoping for him to lead out again...turn was a K and he led out and i raised and he called...river was a Q and he checked i pushed and he had KK...quite a cold deck....i woulda been a really big stack with 246 to go.

Exams and papers done before break, time to play some poker.  Early on...AQ clubs raised from mid pos. and got 2 calls.  Flop was QJ9 and the first guy bet half my stack (also equaled the pot) and i probably should be able to fold there but i raised to isolate and he called with 10 8...i only had 12 blinds left...picked up 88 in mid pos. and raised standard and got 2 calls...flop was 10 10 2 and i pushed figuring that was as good a spot as any...they folded and i was back to 1200.  Made final table in 8th...lost when the blinds got enormous and lost to 98 with A4.

gonna try and play some stud and become the best in the world at 2 games lol.  i played pretty tight i think.  one hand i had JJJ and just called this guy's raise (he had a K exposed).  4th street was a 2 for him and a 5 for me and i took control leading out and eventually capping it...i put him on a K in the hole.  he hit a k on 5th street and i called him down without anymore raises and sure enough he had a K inthe hole and i was beat...not sure if i really played this hand correctly but i feel like i could have played it worse...i got most of my money in good and just called a bet more on 6th and 7th street.  anyways, i am going to play some more stud and see what happens for a while
