June 25, 2006, 7PM: Played 5 hours, Made $150.00 at My house
$0.5/1 Texas Hold'em
Fun game, I always love playing at my house. ended up with almost all of the money at the table, then Sean and I went heads up. he got lucky twice in a row on runner-runner when she shouldn't have called on the flop, then I called it a night. I had a strong lucky run towards the end of the multi handed play, and picked up some bucks, so it was ok to dump a few.

$25 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (1st out of 35 Players)
Finally won one of these suckers! Seems like the most profitable game for me are these Jackson Tournies. I got lucky a couple times, but I was always in with at the right time.

June 11, 2006, 11PM: Played 6 hours, 30 minutes, Lost $300.00 at Jackson Rancheria
$1/2 Texas Hold'em
Played a long time in the 1/2 game, lots and lots of money at the table, we probably averaged being 7 or 8 handed with about $3k on the table. I was playing well but I was tired and couldn't seem to break the game.

June 9, 2006, 10PM: Played 2 hours, 30 minutes, Lost $200.00 at Rancho Cordova Home Game
$2/4 Texas Hold'em
Played really well, Raffi kept calling me w/ any 2 cards and catching gutshots etc on me. i pissed away maybe $40-$50 on bluffs that didn't work, but overall i was just getting beat by the cards, i suppose i could have played better, but i was tired. If i play in this game next week i need to have my game going at 99%+.

$25 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (25th out of 73 Players)
made a poor all-in with a J 8 off suit when i looked up and the whole table looked ready to fold preflop. i thought i could buy the 200/400 chip blinds w/ my 2600 all-in. turns out one of the players wasn't ready to fold, he hadn't looked at his cards yet, and he called me with KK. I lost. next time i'm going to make that move in early position, i need to have either strong cards or drawing cards.

$50 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (4th out of 38 Players)
Played very well, started very very cold, and hung on to reload after round 3. after my reload I changed gears and started gambling, after only a few all-ins and picking up some blinds I was one of the larger stacks and just sttem-rolled from there. I was second in chips when we chopped, but the blinds were so high it would've been a crap shoot for placings. Only first and second place would have paid more than I made on the chop.

June 1, 2006, 9PM: Played 2 hours, 30 minutes, Lost $370.00 at Home Game in Rancho Cordova
$2/4 Texas Hold'em
I don't think i was playing all that well, but at the same time, i was seeing very cold cards. Same game i picked up over $400 last week, i dumped it all back this week. I only put my money all-in once with the worst of it, other than that i was getting out drawn. I learned that the money is a big issue to me, and i need to be more caustious about actially getting into a game, and if i should get into a game, depending on how my banroll sits.

June 1, 2006, 10AM: Played 2 hours, 15 minutes, Lost $55.00 at Jackson Rancheria
$25 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (4th out of 15 Players)
Played well, but there weren't enough players to create a big enough prize pool. this meant we went to the final table and played down to the top 5 around the same blinds as usual, but none of the players had a healthy enough stack to actually play poker, it became a game of luck. and we already know how that goes for me. A9 vs. A8, 8 on the flop, figures. I'm happy with my play, and will continue to play in these tournys; they have big potential for me.
