Game was much different today.  A lot of tournament players in town for shooting stars.  Game was much more agressive than normal.  got stuck early with big hands and just waited patiently and gotpaid off.

Got a little of my ugly loss back.  Made a few good reads on some crazy players.  won a 300.00 pot with AQ no pair. I raised preflop UTG and got 5 callers. Flop 772 rainbow.  I bet out and got raised by a crazy player just off the button. I reraise to try and get a read on his hand. He very aggressively puts in the fourth bet and i know he has nothing.  I call the fourth bet and the turn card comes 9.  I check he bets I raise and he again reraises and i just call.  River comes K i check he bets I raise and he calls with A10 no pair.  i just don't understand how some players ever win playing so bad. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, just wondering.

Standard session.  Tight agressive play on a table with just the right mix of action and tight players.

Wow.  Where do I start today.  I sit down in a game that is short handed with a ton of action. I post behind the button and Raise AJ clubs after three limpers.  Flop AJ4 after alot of betting and raising I loose to K4 off that catches a 4 river.  Its all down hill from there.  I end up $1,800 in this game and s[pend the next six hours fighting to get it back.  I broke all of my buy in and starting hand requirments early and payed for it.  I feel almost like being down only 300 at the end of the session was a win.

Disgusted with myself today.  Played too long and gave back the better part on a $1,200 win.  Got aces and kings cracked within 3 hands and proceeded to play like an idiot for the next 3 hours.  I'm lucky not to have lost my ass the way I played today.  Need to get my emotions in check.
