have been on a pretty tough downwing and its hurting my ego.  A few sessions were purely my fault, i was on tilt and spewy with some peoples all in making too many crying calls. awful morning. 3 hands were discounted on the river and had to split the pot, then had cooler after cooler. Not an easy morning at all and had to get off before i went on tilt bc i was feeling it coming.
