Paul Sexton's Full-Tilt Chat Session
First time I was online for one of these, so I tried to submit whatever ridiculous things came to mind... so, I figured I'd post the responses:
Question From Steveinho: paul, do you prefer the fu-manchu or a goatee?
Paul Sexton: no fu, go big or go home, goat or the full
Question From Steveinho: paul, do you think razz was a gift bestowed upon us from god to make up for the demon that is
Paul Sexton: razz is the dumbest game ever invented
Question From Steveinho: oh come on... i'd skip my own funeral to play razz... that's a stud variant, you should be on that
Paul Sexton: razz is retarded, there is no skill, you cant have hidden hands, you cant be deceptive, its a game for people who dont want to think
(i died a little bit inside after that one)
Question From Steveinho: other than me, who is the one person you'd be most comfortable staking?
Paul Sexton: My little brother
Question From Steveinho: paul... what's your favorite beer? i'm thinking you're more of a dark beer guy
Paul Sexton: nah, light beer, coors lite or miller lite
Question From Steveinho: you do admire dan harrington.. right?? right??
Paul Sexton: dan is a great great player
paul hates razz.... how can ANYONE hate razz?

May 17, 2007, 3AM: Played 3 hours, 12 minutes, Made $24.00 at Napa Valley Casino
$3/6 Texas Hold'em
Was in "my head and thoughts" for the 1st two hours about.
Just thinking about the game, myself and waht the hell I was doing at the Casino.
Then I realized, I was there to relax and have fun... Not to make a living or anything. ( I tend to forget this and take the game too seriously)
The game was on the brink of exploding so NateDawg and I started jamming it up.. capping pre, straddling, etc.
The game got really juicy and fun.
And yes.. there were a couple hotties but not interested. He did practically force me to get this girls number at dinner. My poor married friends trying to live vicariously through me.

May 15, 2007, 4PM: Played 2 hours, 15 minutes, Made $1,125.00 at California Grand
$12/24 Texas Hold'em
Had to get stuck 600 first. Then went on a 6 hand rush of which I flopped 3 sets, turned a set, and rivered a set. Then gabbled up for a couple of hands and made a little more. Nice to be back in the game.

May 14, 2007, 8PM: Played 3 hours at Pechanga
$3/6 Omaha Hi-Lo
Was a more relaxed game since it isn't the weekend anymore. There was one crazy guy (same guy as Sat., turns out he is a dealer there) but i got the best position, him on my immediate right. So i always knew if i was playing 3/6 or 6/12 on my hand. Was up about 50 or so and thinking about racking up, then 2 players left, 2 new ones came in and 4 people moved seats. Was almost like new game, next two hands were capped pre flop and heavy betting throughout and my good cards actually held up. Had A-A-10-4 and Flopped top set A-K-8, turn came J i bet no raise, river completed the runner runner flush and how no one had a flush i have no idea. Next hand had A-A-10-10 double suit, flop comes K-10-4 two to my suit, turn comes 8 for my flush, but river backdoored the low and the lady w/ A-5-6-7 came all the way for A-5 4th nut low...lol. That helped push me up to about 140 in profit. Played around a little then the game started to shrink and i left. Was first night in four that my big cards really worked though, refreshing.
