So im Going to Windsor!

In case some of you don't know, Windsor is located in Ontario i believe... or ima enlarge the field and say Canada just in case im wrong.
 
Im 20 and thats pretty much the closest thing to a nice casino that I can get and be able to drink and play some poker. Being it my first time at a Live poker tournament, what advice can you guy's give me on how to play, what to wear, what not to do, what to bring.... just whatever makes you relaxed at the table.... and any advice for the cash games? Amount to bring? How long should I play?
 
Give me some help and helpful insight guys/gals! I need it!
