Played well but BLUFFED off trying to buy a huge pot at GREAT risk to chips.  Very stupid move and dumb .... NO value move at all. 
 
Very familiar ...... need to kill this demon!

May 27, 2007, 7PM: Played 4 hours at Poker Stars
$11 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (119th out of 1876 Players)

Played Ok ... Got unlucky towards the end when pots were big. Called a mid postion guy all in with AJ suited, didnt believe him.  He had K9.  FLop comes 9,9,10.  Just a joke.  Anyways, played alright ... less mistakes this time around.  So there is some progress, but need to keep working on tightening game and fixing holes.

Very bad weekend for me as I'm drifting away from ABC poker, making too many moves and trying to steal too many pots with too much risk.
 
This is a bad recipe for disasters esepcially in Cash games!!!

May 21, 2007, 3PM: Played 7 hours at River Rock
$2 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

Finally .... a win! I'm starting to think that I haven't been playing enough cash games while playing too many tourneys.  Playing cash games keeps me playing fairly tight while allowing me to slow down my game, which usually favors better decision making.
 
Nothing too crazy this session, mostly played solid poker and minimizing chasing.  But also stole a fairly big pot.
 
All in all, no desire to play absolute junk and avoiding no value calls or draws.
