March 29, 2006, 12AM: Played 45 minutes, Made $70.00 at Party Poker
$2/4 Texas Hold'em

Played pretty aggressive and got some starting hands and flopped some nice hands.  I wanted to tighten up, but could not.  I kept getting cards and kept winning pots.  Then I'd lose a couple, but $70 in half an hour is not bad for $2/4.

March 29, 2006, 12AM: Played 30 minutes, Lost $10.00 at Party Poker
$10 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (6th out of 10 Players)

QQ vs JJ vs AKs preflop.  I have QQ.  I lost.  I'm supposed to win that hand 43% of the time.  Should I have laid down? Obviously, the pot odds where there.  I think I should have laid it down, though.

March 22, 2006, 11PM: Played 20 minutes, Lost $10.00 at Party Poker
$10 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (10th out of 10 Players)

Was just off my game in this one.  Played marginal hands and flopped marginal draws.  Finally ran into one I could not bring myself to lay down.  I had every reason to lay it down -- flopped second-top pair and turn gives me inside straight draw.  Rag hits on the river and I try to bluff.

$10 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (1st out of 10 Players)

Won Jesse another Step 2 freeroll.  The chip leader played very badly short handed.  I went for the coin flip, being short stacked, and he called me down a couple times and lost.

$10 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (7th out of 10 Players)

Just got impatient and bluffed when I did not have to and really shouldn't have.  It was just a really bad play and it cost me all my chips.

$10 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (1st out of 10 Players)

Won a step 1 tourney.  Got a little lucky when I overextended myself with A-rag heads up.  Guy had J-7.  I got aggro on him at the end and he didn't know what to do about it so he just started gambling.

Was not paying attention at all, then made a gamble.  Not even a gamble really.  One of those "garsh I sure hope the preflop raiser doesn't have an Ace because there's one on the board and I don't have an Ace".  Happens to the best of us, right? Uhm...right? Hello?
