Free-Roll No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (5th out of 9 Players)

Another points fiasco.. Jimmy gets this guy heads up and fucks it up.  The guy was a decent player but pretty predictable and agro... seems like the aggressive ones always beat up on us.

February 15, 2008, 2AM: Played 38 minutes, Lost $26.00 at Full Tilt
$26 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (226th out of 410 Players)

I suck.. can't beat this $26 tourneys with only 1500 starting chips.  Seems like once you get below 1000 everyone comes after you and does not respect your stack or bets.

Went broke in blind vs blind hand.  Since I was low and had A3 in the SB I limped assuming the big stack BB would raise min or a little to get me to fold, since they do that all the time, he does, makes it 150 (blinds are 25-50)
I move all in for 900 and he auto calls with the KK trapping me! Oops! But wait.. Full Tilt has to torment me like they always do and flops 334, turn 5 river the K ;)

February 15, 2008, 2AM: Played 1 hour, 4 minutes, Broke Even at Full Tilt
Free-Roll No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (2nd out of 45 Players)

Although this was a stupid points tournament I've very annoyed.  Only 1st wins the seat and I had this guy down to 20K while I had 40K.  Just like we have been talking about in posts.. this guy was the all in agro fuck.  Everytime he had the SB he would shove all in.  I tried pushing back in my SB to get him to slow down but I noticed he had this stack limit theshhold.. whenever he was above 20K he would see flop and try to play.. once he was below this amount he was in auto all in mode.  Made me feel like I was playing a robot.

So after the break he goes right back to this all in mode, blinds are now 1/2K.  I decide to shove with A3s and he auto calls with 66 and doubles. Now he doesn't back off me and I move in again and he auto calls with Q2.. Qx(below 7)

What is so frustrating is that I could not beat this "weak" player.  When he was going all in constantly I never did have a decent hand (K or A high) to call him with.

I guess he wasn't so weak afterall.

Winning Jimmy some stupid points tournament so he can torchure himself in a 3k field trying to get top 50 or soemething for the main event of FTOPS.

Funny thing, once heads up the guy was sitting out so didn't even have to play!

$26 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (91st out of 826 Players)

This was frustrating, we were about 8 or so from the money and I had plenty of chips to make it and beyond.

Look down at KK early pos and put in a standard raise.

AK shoves all in and I'm "forced" to call.. his Kd ends up beating me as the board carried 4 of them.  Ahh well.
