WSOP Fantasy League Update

RyanMo6707 and I have drafted our teams.  Overall I like my team.  Ryan probably has a little more well-rounded team when it comes to different games, but a few of them don't play a very full schedule of tournaments.

I think my team has an edge in NL Holdem, because a lot of the guys will play more events and play them better.  Also, if I was torn before a few guys, I went with the guy I would like to root for the most.  That will make the 6 week sweat (or however long it is these days) that much more fun to follow.  Just over a month and I will hopefully have a points lead to post!

Blind v Blind battle for a big stack...opponent was LAG big stack and I got it in with FE with TT.  Happened to have AK and hit an A.  Standard I do believe

$1 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (247th out of 1131 Players)

This was pretty sick.  I have a really good stack...about 55xbb with 250 to go.  My table is really lose and has a TON of chips.  I raise MP with KK.  Loose big stack on my left reraises.  Folds back around to me and we are both deep so decide to call so that I can check to himand let him c-bet if he has AK-AJ and misses.  Flop is J74, two diamonds.  I check, he bets, I shove and he's got AA.  Nasty for that to happen at this table for a top 10 stack.  Win is coming soon, I am playing too good.

I feel like I played really well tonight.  I was focused, patient, etc. and my good strong moves that just didn't fall my way.  I played good enough to go really deep in at least one of those 4 so I am fine with the night despite the bad results.  Had fun playing for the first time in a while so that is a bonus.

To continue with the theme from the other tournament tonight I got it in with AK v A5 to more than double and have a great shot at the final table.  5 on the river.  Obv better to cash than bust on the bubble but this has been happening a lot lately and wish it would just happen in the first level instead.
