$1 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

Played mediocre, I wasn't too happy with play in a couple of pots. Mainly this dude was giving me some problems. I bet 4th and 5th after I CR'd the flop with top pair but he had me outkicked and called me down for a big pot. Then I called him down with second pair when he had top pair, he was pretty active and I thought it was good but was wrong.

January 8, 2008, 12AM: Played 3 hours, Made $200.00 at Horseshoe
$3 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

This was quite a session. Had to make a big laydown when I flopped trip tens with T9 suited, someone was AI and another guy was betting it down. I lost a hundred on the hand before I folded on the turn and it turned out to be a good laydown as he had JT. Flopped a set of queens and had a crazy donkey double me up with 22 on a board of Q976. Turned another set of queens against JJ on a 992 board, he was a shortie with about 100 bucks so I stacked him.
 
Two huge hands against the 22 donk happened. One hand he limped then bet the flop of QJ2 with 2 diamonds. He bet ten, got two callers who I knew didn't have queens because they'd have raised him. I raised to 50 he called, they folded. Turn and river were 7 and 8 and I bet 80 on the turn because I thought I was way ahead and there were 3 diamonds and straight draws. He called, then bet 75 when I checked the river. I made a reluctant call and saw AQ. Then I flopped trips with K2 on an 822 flop from the SB. I checked then called a bet and a raise. I led the turn and he called, then I value bet 90 on the river and got another call.

$10 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (1st out of 10 Players)

Played really well, was lucky enough to double with 99 against AQ and then KJ. Other than that, just kept getting it in good and it worked out.

Played really well, got max value out of KK vs. someone's KQ for a huge pot with one pair. Another huge hand was when someone tried bluffing me on the river for 40 in like a 140 pot when I had TP mediocre kicker.

Got lived out by Sean with K3 vs. AT that would put me HU with John. Busted with A7 when John shoved with TT and I called with about ten BB.

December 27, 2007, 7PM: Played 4 hours, Made $333.00 at Horseshoe
$3 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

Basically was getting cold cards most of the session. Tried to bluff an old hag when I missed the flop with fours and failed. Also flopped trips with T5 in my BB and someone with AA rivered his 2 outer. Luckily I got away from it because there was a 3 flush on board. Doubled up on final hand of the session when I limped T6 suited in a multiway. SB raised to 13, got 3 callers including me. Flop was T87 with 2 spades. Checked to me and I bet 25, raiser called. I bet 35 after an offsuit 6 turned giving me 2 pair. He raised to 90. I thought for about 3 minutes then put him AI because I didn't think he could possibly have a 9 and he called with Kings and bricked the river.

$0.50 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

Won a big pot when I flopped a set of rockets and a flush draw got it in and didn't improve. Another big pot was when I sucked out on someone's AA with KQ when I flopped top pair. He had a short stack so I shoved him in on a Q high flop and rivered my King.
