Looks like someone just lost a $200k win by having his buddy in Europe finish off the $1M tourney he started in NYC:

A lot of this goes on, but you need to take risk/reward into account. As the size of your winnings go up, the likelihood that you will be caught sharing your account goes up. What this means is that, as your expected win goes up, your motivation to share your account goes down. The obvious conclusion is that if you are willing to share your account, it probably means you aren't planning on doing very well at it.

Thank you for the heads up. I have been wondering this for some time now as a handful of of here often finish eachothers tournaments up when something has to come up or it lasts longer than we expected.
