February 4, 2008, 10PM: Played 5 hours, 30 minutes, Lost $195.00 at Golden Moon - Philly
$5 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

still running into it. only a few playable hands: raised with KK and got no action. raised with KK again, got called by one out of position limper. flop comes king high with 2 diamonds. i bet the pot, he check-calls, and i know he's on a flush. turn is a diamond. he checks, i check behind to keep the pot small. river is another diamond. he checks again. i could steal it but dont. he shows me 23d for the lowest flush possible. gay. i have KQs in a multiway raised pot. flop is AAs4s. the 23d guy leads out. he doesnt need an ace to bet here. i look around and nobody seems interested so i move in with my draw. he calls with A9 and i miss. i rebuy for my last $300. i'm in the game for $600, which is my entire bankroll. i raise in position with AK and one of the limpers calls. flop comes Axx. he checks, i bet $40 he calls. turn x. he checks, i bet $100, he calls. river 3. he checks, i check. he shows me A3o. nice call buddy. i'm actually below $100 when the game starts to break and we end up playing 3 handed, with both guys having near a grand. but after about 2 hours of 3 handed play, i'm back up to $500, without ever being called while allin. i didnt double up once and still got all that money back. so still lost on the session, but the big comeback doesnt make it feel so bad.
