Didnt play solid poker today, although patient did not play very well.  Although card dead all day, did not adjust to table well as I had a very tight table, and everyone sat waiting for cards and slow played. 
 
Being the aggressive one on the table, worked against me !
Should have switched to different table, or maybe played lots of junk and raising them lots preflop.
 
last 100 I rebought with, played with no heart and gambled 'hoping' to make a big recovery.  Bad decision!
 
Lesson: Be true to yourself, play only when heart is still in it. 
 
Also: Never Give Up!!
