January 6, 2007, 12PM: Played 10 hours, Made $361.00 at River Rock
$1/2 Texas Hold'em

Played solid today, and waited for the right opportunity.  Big hands are the key to turning a profitable session.

Ie: Pockets making Sets, Nut flushes, Houses, etc ... or Big pairs vs Pairs preflop.

Be willing to fold Single Pairs no matter how large on a reraise.  Most guys that will reraise you can beat a pair!!

Lesson: On every single reraise someone puts against you, be very cautious .... as reraises usually have you beat if you are uncertain!

It wouldn't be too much of a mistake to fold say MOST of reraises .... (Reverse the Role) Would you reraise with less than what you currently have against your opponent? Chances are ... NO!!!

Be Smart and Play well.  Don't let your ego get in the way.  Aces or Kings are just merely a Pair, nothing more.
