PokerRoom great software with very clean graphics. The software is available as Java applet and standard download. The Java works for Linux and Mac owners and also great for you if/when you can't download programs. They offer some extra features like hourly win and loss rates along with big bets. Something that is very useful is a slight delay when you use the pre-action buttons. They also have this cell phone download so you can create and play private tournaments via your cell phone.

This site is ideal for Mac users or those playing from internet cafes, since you don't have to download. I think this site is built for tournament players and those wishing to learn and improve their Hold'em game. If you are primarily a Hold'em player I'd definitely check this site out.
