$22 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (1st out of 9 Players)

Doubled up on QQ vs 88 preflop
Raised to 250 UTG with 33, got reraised to 600 -- called just to check-fold the flop?
KQ made top two, checked to raiser and he bet big I call, then he checks turn so I go all-in on river.  Should have raised him all-in on flop? How do I get more money that hand?
All in AJ vs 99 flop is AA7 w00t.
Dumb -- got reraised all in pre with KTs -- I...call...and lose to AK? I am aggro.
Win with preflop all in with 66 vs QQ -- flop open-ender and river a straight.
3K vs 77 flop a K
Had to call all in with 25o when I am 4x all stacks 3 handed.  Could not do it twice in a row.
Had to do another one with T7d.  At what point do you call with any two?

I was Two tabling .10/.25 PLO and playing 1 $13(6-max) NLHE sng...I was running pretty cold to start in the PLO games and about 30 min. into the session the donk ball to my immediate right pots it and I look down at AsAhJs9h...I re-pot and he proceeds to snap shove his whole stack (pretty much, only about $5 behind him for me to re-raise) with....are you ready for this...KJ28r...obviously I'm a substantial favorite here, and I hold for a $52 pot...I had been 3 betting this guy alot in the previous 2 rounds as he was raising every hand and my cold start was beginning to turn around and I was picking up some hands in poss...So I guess he'd had enough and thought his shove would pick up the pot...WRONGO...In the sng I played super tight, and built a nice stack...and wound up taking it down for $46...I wound up about a $50 winner in the two PLO games...so I had a pretty good sesh...

May 15, 2008, 12AM: Played 1 hour, 9 minutes, Broke Even at Full Tilt
$55 Buy-In Razz Tournament (20th out of 98 Players)

Won the seat earlier.. top 16 win seats into the main event.

Messed up sort of one hand... had a monster with 10K in chips with 7 more players to the money and sitting 8th in chips.  Debatable to play the hand or not since I *could* fold to the money or avoid another big stack.

Anyways, we each catch great card on 4th..
5th st I have a 7 made and drawing to a wheel, he has a 6 draw and catches a brick, then on 6th another brick and on the river makes his 6 :(

Then too short and have to battle, pick spots and avoid going broke.  I'm low stack and challenge a player but he catches cards again while I miss..

Could have folded the monster earlier and coasted.. would rather have 10K then either have 5K or 15K in retrospect.

May 4, 2008, 2AM: Played 2 hours, 24 minutes, Lost $3.30 at Full Tilt
$3.30 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (25th out of 131 Players)

This was in the back ground as I was watching a movie etc.

Before I new it I was chip leader or 2nd and had a huge stack...

Then disaster struck..  JTs mid/late pos, blinds 250/500 and I raise to 1200.  Get a caller and see flop of T32 and I fire out 1800, he min raises me and I just call.  The turn is a J giving me top two.  I check and he bets 7k.. I move all in and he calls 9k more... I assumed I'd see AJ or maybe KK be he rolls over Q9s and has a flush and straight draw and hits it.  Only had 14 outs since I locked up one heart with one card to come :(.  This cripples me and I go out a few hands later.

What annoys me about this is the idiot called a riase pre with the hand but more so that when he totally missed the flop he tried to bluff me off with Q9 high no draw no pair.

Glad it was only $3 tourney :)

$216 Buy-In Pot-Limit Tournament (336th out of 932 Players)

PLH/PLO half and half...

Frustrating like usual :(

Grinding, holding my own, up and down 1.5K but maintaining my starting chips.

Never really got much of anything to work with.

Lost 600 calling a raise pre with AQs.. totally missed flop and folded to a continuation bet.  Guy raised mid pos and was not out of line like others I had marked.

Very next hand get AQ again and the maniac raises min to 600 with blinds 150/300.

I raise the pot, pretty much all in and he calls, bet out the last <100 to put me all in and I lose :(

$33 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (221st out of 529 Players)

I felt really good and wanted to take a big shot playing in this Pokerstars tourney. The players were not that great. Maybe slightly better than the micro-players I play against. I'm really pissed about this one because I got really unlucky early on with this hand:

I feel like I played the hand perfectly considering the stack sizes and sizes of his bets. The push on the flop is because he is already committing himself to the hand with his bet and I wanted to just get it all-in on the flop. It just sucks how he went runner, runner flush when if I win this pot, I'm sitting in like the top 50. I did actually come back after this hand, surprisingly, and at one point built it up to a 25 BB stack. I had one hand where my c-bet got caught. Then I started getting short and at 11 BBs I get 45o in the SB, it folds to me, and I push hoping to take the BB and antes. Of course the BB wakes up with FUCKING AA!!! That is ridiculously unlucky...

May 12, 2008, 3PM: Played 8 hours, Lost $900.00
$3 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

I really try and pride myself on being able to take the emotion out of the game and take my beats like a big girl but this one tonight really got to me and I am still thinking about it this morning. I decided to wait to log til today so I had some time to cool.

I am in the BB with 99, UTG raises to 18 and 7 people call before it gets to me. I call

Flop 5 9 K (2 clubs) I am first to act so I check, pre-flop raiser checks and next guy bets 40 gets one caller. Gets back to me I make it 110. Pre-flop raiser folds and the other 2 both call

At this point I know I need to dodge a club.

Turn Q (no club) I bet 300 they both insta call

River 10 (no club)

The guy who originally called the 40 was calling the whole way with K J off suit and the other guy was on the club draw.

Not only does he catch a 10 to make four to the straight it is the case fucking 10, The club draw guy had A10C and another guy at the table let me know that he had a 10.

Now this was a monster pot that I should have won and yes I want there action, I think what got me was that the guy who catches his one miracle card to win proceeds to say "o you got me you got me I know you have AJ"

Really asshole I check raised the flop with AJ I just don't get how people can really act like that. Any way I rebuy 300 more and cant get back

$26 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (28th out of 286 Players)

I'm pretty fucking pissed the fuck off right now...

One from the money and there are a few short stacks.. so I could fold until the money.

Pick up the old Q5 in the BB and UTG big stack limps..
SB calls and we see flop of Q9x.. we check and big stack makes a tiny bet.. SB folds and I decide if I want to get fucked or just fold and wait til one more player goes out.

I've seen this guy do this the whole time while we wait for another player or two until the money.  He limps with any two then bets small every other hand.

I am very certain this guy doesn't have a Queen as when I have seen him have a hand he OVERBETS the pot.  My major problem is this guy is lible to call my raise with anything.

Which he does and turns his damn ace to bust me :(

Jesus.. Grinding holding my own and had my stack up to about 5K, ave was only 3K at time.. then I get KK UTG and have a flat caller.. flop is xxx rainbow and bet 1/2 pot.. he shoves and see QQ, great! Wait.. Q on turn :(

Grind my stack back up but not fully recovered and pick up TT in the BB.. mid pos 3x raise and we get 4 callers.. If I shove I can almost come close to doubling up there.. the mid raiser calls and it is a race TT vs AQ.. I cant hold though and go broke.

*could have called to see the flop but.. against 5 players would have had to flop a set*

$15 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (2nd out of 15 Players)

Grinded my ass off 5 handed.. ran my 800 into the chip lead 14K vs 6K.

The guy played heads up really well and only called or bet with something and rarely bluffed, BUT he also knew when I would bluff and would float or just raise.. so I had to adjust.. once I he got a little ahead I figured him out.. but it was too late.. we both flopped top pair and got em in but his J8 took down my JK when an 8 turned (also giving me a flush re-draw)

Still picked up a little win although not the $100 seat.
