$1.40 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (1st out of 9 Players)

Good news and bad news - I won this knock-out as well as knocking out 4 people which pays a bounty per head. Plus it was fun, talking to the person I was playing who swears he will get revenge next time around. HAHA Saying "I feel Violated". Ahhh it's OK, But in the end he said gg Ace. And thinking about my new ranking that I mentioned yesterday I just laughed and said gg King, well he did not take it lightly, "I know what you mean! you mean one less than an ace." Pretty much yeah. As for The Bad news, and this really sucks, when I returned to top shark I saw Jack 5 stars :( what happened to Ace 1 star, obviously my bad day yesterday had consequences. So I need to either win multipe low stakes SNGs, or a large MTT higher buy in to restore my stats. Today I played only two 9 player knock outs - 3rd place two KO and 1st with 4 KO. But that is nothing. I need to start daring to risk. My play style has improved somewhat in many differnet ways, taking odds and position into greater consideration, and thinking about the other players motives. But the tight style and refusal to bluff even though I feel certain I have the better hand, is still the same. I dont mind if someone trys to control the hand as much as I hate them trying to control the pot. What I mean is I want to call my spots I want to be the dominator I want to be the one to slow-roll and min bet and push all in after river, If I cant do that, if I can't set the limit, I will wait till a better time, when I can set a trap or lead them into one. Then I have no mercy. The problem with this is I have to have good cards. Q/10 off not good, any King with less than 9 kicker fold, any ace / rag not good enough, low pockets under 5's call if no raise (push when only 1 caller.) So with these strict starting hand rules, I'm unable to suck out or even pick up the blinds every once in a while. Which I need especially as blinds increase. Yet overall it prevents me from chasing gut-shots and flushes, overcards or sets, which will eat chips in a hurry. I dont understand what is so wrong with playing this way, I like winning with good hands because the pots are bigger and I can slow play. Too much rambling. BTW cant u fold? says he doesn't associate with low stakes players anymore, overnight he changed his avatar from an angel to a devil, eventually he will come back up to earth, when the heat gets to him. :p

IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW

As I was updating my Online Poker Log just now I kept thinking why don't I just add all these numbers up and make one entry it would be so much quicker and easier, but I remembered I was adding them seperatly so I could get a daily read-out, just to see if there were any significant differences, and there are. Now I know the reason for my 4 straight losses today is because it is Monday. The Day-of-Week graph shows I play more games on Monday than any other day but Saturday, and my wins are GREATLY lower in every area shown. So it is not my bad play; it is my day. I knew it had nothing to do with me. LMAO It's the days fault not mine. I hate Mondays. Screw-U Monday - I got your number.  :p

$1.75 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (1st out of 9 Players)

Well it's been a while since logging, but figure I will add the last 50 "wins" since writing last. I was so bummed today I didn't win and lost all SNGs so far today. Everything changed when I went to pokerprolog.com to check my stats and ranking.I've been a Jack 5 star as long as I can remember, I use to regulary check to see if my rank ever moved up to a Queen cause personally I felt I was a Queen (LOL) player. The last time I looked is 3 or 4 days ago when a chick sitting at a table told me I sucked, I didn't even take her chips or get in a hand with her so she didn't say it on tilt. I thought maybe she was a really good player so I checked her out she was a 9 5 star, so of course I told her "but I suck good" and according to stats I'm better than you, I checked myself to make sure I was still J5. Somewhere between then and now even with losing 4 sng in a row my rank moved from Jack to not Queen not King but ACE 1 star. WTF? I'm totally happy. So I'm going to take an hour or so to update my profile, like I said I would do many months ago. CONGRATULATIONS "cant u fold?" for your $400. win on the $22.50 buy in today at PS - You are the hottest player I have ever and will ever meet.
