Ok, I'm somewhat done being pissed about the sick beat that kept me from the FT.  The hand:
 
I had been basically in shove mode with around 100k chips with blinds at 5k-10k.  Got up to 130k and got AQ in mid pos. 5 players per table.  Made it 25k to go, guy from the button calls and has me covered by about 2k.  Flop comes 10QK, I shove, he thinks for a few seconds, calls with Q9 clubs, 1 club out there, of course it comes runner runner club.  Not quite sure why called my raise pre...but what can ya do.
 
Still, overall I'm up to $82 from $12.  Can't complain too terribly much about that.

February 22, 2008, 2AM: Played 2 hours, 30 minutes, Made $6.78 at Poker Stars

Couple of hands to comment on that were worthy of note.
 
First of all, I shot up at the start by quadrupling up with AK and then taking somebody AA vs QQ.  In the next 7 hands there were two more AA vs QQ hands.  Crazy.
 
I then proceeded to get down to around 2k with blinds at 200-400 by losing QQ vs KK.  The only thing that pissed me off about that hand was that I thought about folding.  First position went all in for around 2k and the guy in the cutoff flat called...I pushed from SB and he called.  I mean, he had to be pretty strong to flat call there, but it's just so hard to tell with some of the people in these tourneys.
 
Fought back up and grinded it out pretty good up to a max of 40k and settled in at around 30k.  Which leads to this fantastic hand:
 
Mid pos. limp, button limp, blinds at 800,1600 I have 26k in the BB.  I have QH 4H, flop comes QD 10H 8H.  I bet 4800, mid pos pushes, button folds, I have less than him, but I don't see how I fold, I call.  He turns over 810os.  I mean...wow.  At this stage of the tourney...810? Turn is a 10 and that's all she wrote.  What can ya do.
 
Still, I'm happy with my play, didn't make many mistakes and after squeezing in the money to finish as high as I did was pretty solid.

Yep.  I won a crazy turbo luckbox tourney.  I mean, I sucked out with my tournament life on the line 2 times against a better pair just to stay in this thing.  But in the end I made all the right mathematical plays which is about all you can do in something like this.  So it was lucky yes, but it's a new lease on life for my bankroll and I'll take that any way I can get it. :)

$3 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (517th out of 2234 Players)

Well that was lame.  Raised UTG with AQ, button calls.  Flop comes KJ3.  Check check.  Turn is 7 making 2 clubs, I bet he calls.  River is 10 of clubs.  I bet he raises.  Probably should have folded but I was ss and most of my chips were in the pot.  Turns over A2 clubs.  Not sure why the heck he called my preflop raise, but what can ya do.
