$20 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (5th out of 9 Players)
Played a tournament with Bernie watching. Gambled on the last hand when I flopped top pair no kicker and got check-raised all-in. Called him hoping for a bluff instead of mucking and grinding it out.

I like to gable instead of just wait. It's like betting that the other guy is an idiot. This strategy would only work if playing against myself.

Got caught running a bluff. Impatient, as usual.

$20 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (2nd out of 10 Players)
Played full tilt to test uploading hand histories. Then of course the connection timed out all the time, and I did not have my install configured to save hand histories. Therefore, I only got the last few hands :(. By the way, I played pretty badly.

Account Sharing
Looks like someone just lost a $200k win by having his buddy in Europe finish off the $1M tourney he started in NYC:
http://www.pokerlistings.com/possible-cheater-caught-at-full-tilt-poker-21428
A lot of this goes on, but you need to take risk/reward into account. As the size of your winnings go up, the likelihood that you will be caught sharing your account goes up. What this means is that, as your expected win goes up, your motivation to share your account goes down. The obvious conclusion is that if you are willing to share your account, it probably means you aren't planning on doing very well at it.

$3 No-Limit Texas Hold'em
Was very timid, since I've only played this like once before. For example, I pick up A4o and flop comes A25 and I check...then fold to a bettor.
My big loss cam with 26 flop 35X, Jh on turn makes hearts, 4 on river make my straight. No action until the river. I bet out $40 and get raised $40 by the guy who made the flush.
Last hand I lost with AK vs A2 :(.

This was a juicy game, but I wanted to play NL with my dad, so I moved when a seat opened up.
