Yeah. Couldn't make a hand. Got trapped into paying off a couple hands. I think I might take a week off from cards to clear my head. My play has been very inconsistant lately and I need to analyize that aspect before I go back to the trenches

Only played one hand in the first 4 rounds. I was just too short in chips. I'm on the button with QcJc and everyone folds to me so I push all in for 3K total while the blinds are 800-1600. BB calls with AdQs. What are ya gonna do really.

July 27, 2007, 10PM: Played 4 hours, 15 minutes, Lost $90.00 at Chips, Bremerton, WA
$4/8 Texas Hold'em

Played some short handed for a bit and won 30 bucks. Ate dinner and had some drinks. Game turns into a monster screaming bloody pig. I never see a flop for 2 hours. Get stuck 150 and make a come back to be up 20 at one point. Then tork off 100 chips or so in calling with inferior hands. Decided my play was slipping and cashed out.

Played average and ran normal. Made wired aces stand up for a large pot. I got a nice win and kept myself from gambling it off. Was a great free dinner too.

July 25, 2007, 7PM: Played 1 hour, Made $5.00 at Chips, Bremerton, WA
$3/6 Texas Hold'em

Victory. No game when i walk in and then bam it started 9 handed before I could turn around. Game was a monster pig until this blackjack tourney started and then we lost 4 donkeys. I cashed out 5 ahead after torking 50 of my victory off.

$3/6 Texas Hold'em

Running Horrid. Win a tourney and get my ass kicked in the same week. Flopped two sets and lost to two gutterballs. Flopped top pair, rivered top two twice and lost to flush and another gutterball. Went on tilt for the 40 dollar rebuy. Needless to say I should have quit after i burned through that rack.
 
With exception of the last 40 I played, I was happy with my play. Just frustrating when the donkey finds its hay hand after hand. Hoe well

Ran pretty awful. Made some big hands against oponents full houses. I just kept hitting enough of the flop to get me into trouble and lose. I wasn't too upset with my play. Paid a couple hands off that I was 80% sure I was behind in. Wasn't my best play ever but running into sets all day didn't help either.

July 18, 2007, 10PM: Played 3 hours, 30 minutes, Made $955.00 at Clear Water Casino
$65 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (1st out of 74 Players)

Got bored after work and decided to go play some poker. I drive 30 minutes to this place and find out wednesday night is a regular NL tounrey. I reluctantly get in as the 12th alternate (room only seats 60 players at a time). I play excellent poker making some of the best reads I've ever made. I was picking up on several players body language as well. I make it to the final table with 10K while the blinds are 1.5/3K so I'm near toast. I finally run good at a final table, win some coin flips, and wind up choping over $3000 with the other two players remaining (we all had comprable stacks). Yeah Boy!
