got couterfeited on river in a $1000 pot that would have been $1400 for me if ace dont hit river.  I had q/10 on q/3/4/10 board and an ace hit river and he had aq.  I sucked out on turn and he got me on river.  Then I proceeded to play bad.

$5 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

I really lost $580 I lost the $380 from previous night and the staker's original $200.  I had built to $1,000.  I then just made a bad call and lost it all.  I limped in with 8/5 of hearts...an aggressive guy in SB makes it $35 The guy who limped in second position calls.  I go ahead and call cause SB guy is aggressive and I could get paid.  Flop is q/6/9 it is checked around turn is a 7.  SB leads for $75 and second position calls.  I make it $375 and have $780 behind.  SB thinks and folds and second position moves in and has me covered.  I just talked myself into thinking he had a set rather than 8/10 in second position as he was first to call raise with just 2 behind him to act.  But he is tight and I should have folded Instead I call and he has 8/10 of clubs.  Done for the night.

I did not play this high, but trying to catch up and I lost $300 on pokerstars this week.

$20 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (1st out of 70 Players)

this was $10 rebuy i was just in for 20.  we were down to 5 people and i had 50,000 three people had 25000 and one guy had 55000 or 60000.  they wanted to chop.  i was the new one there and didnt want to but they all did so i agreed first was 600 but we split it up 210 a piece.  the players were terrible except for maybe 4 or 5

July 19, 2008, 1PM: Played 7 hours, Made $350.00 at Philly
$5 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

Won $700 most of it in one hand after lunch.  I was up to $815 from $500 buy in and just got back from lunch and optioned to straddle in first rather than wait a hand to come in.  6 people call $10 and I look down at jacks.  I make it $100 more and it folds to BB.  He is aggressive (Luke) and asks me how much I have behind and while he thinks about it I run through what I think he has I thought smaller pair or ak He knows I am too tight to expect a raise and limp with aa, kk, qq.  He puts me all in and i call.  The flop is king high and I am scared.  Turn and river are blanks.  He says he has one pair of tens YES SIR.  I then take a sick beat I have queens and reraise a$15 raise to $65...two callers (one of them I busted for a big pot earlier on a good call).  The flop is k/j/8 checked to me and I bet $110 The guy I busted calls timidly.  Turn is a 9 we both check river is a queen cute he fires 175.  I think he could have it or 2 pair and he would bet here knowing I dont have a 10.  I call..he had j/10 mid pair on flop.

July 18, 2008, 5PM: Played 9 hours, Made $750.00 at Philly
$5 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

This was a great game.  I really won 1500, but was staked and so profited 750.  I had people shoving into me for hundreds like it was a tourney.  For instance a guy just lost $1100 in previous pot and has 2000 behind him.  He tries to raise but just throws a $25 chip in without announcing raise.  He is ticked about it and the previous hand.  I look down at aces and know he is tilted.  I make it $50 He says he is all in (I have $900 behind me).  He had jacks and I won.

the loosest stack busted, so I left and went to watch the new Batman movie at the midnight premier.  I was staked at the game so I won 365 and profited 182.50

March 20, 2008, 9PM: Played 6 hours, Made $380.00 at BJ's
$2 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

game started out slow then picked up.  I ws up 100 most the night then won a good pot with pocket 10's...flop was 10/j/a 2 spades....girl leads out for 40..I call..turn is a queen...terrible card...she bets 60..I call..river is a jack of spades...I bet 75 and she calls,,she had k/4 of spades
