Got lucky a few times, got unlucky a few times. Not a whole lot to say.

$10 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (10th out of 27 Players)
Ugh, what a waste. I was up big the whole tournament, and then BAM jacks lose a lot of chips. A short stack raised, and then I reraised to put him all-in. Then, a player in between us who had almost as many chips as me, pushed all-in. At this point, there were just too many chips out there for me to fold. He had aces.

Hit a flush when someone else had a full house. It happens.

Pocket queens are becoming my nemisis. I was in great shape in this tourney until they ran up against kings.

I'm getting really good at fifth place finishes. I caught some cards in this one, so I thought maybe I was destined to win, but I was eventually knocked out when I had AK. I'll take it though.

$10 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (68th out of 180 Players)
I made one big mistake in this one. I had AT, and I called before the flop, as did about four other people. One of them, had less than the big blind, so he was all-in. I hit a ten on the flop, which was the top pair. One guy beat really strong, and I was the only one who called. He pushed all-in on the turn, which would have put me all-in, and I figured at this point he probably had a monster, because with the one guy all-in already, I figured he would only bet something really strong. I theorized that he had tripped up on the flop, so I folded. Instead, he had a ten with a terrible kicker. I had absolutely no cards the rest of the way, and I eventually lost when my pair of aces with a nine kicker lost to two pair -- aces and sevens.

This was probably not a good idea considering I was pretty tanked when I played this. I think I played about as well as I could though. I got knocked out when A8 lost to A4 (surprise!). I had terrible cards. Not much I could do.
