$10 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (11,870th out of 22222 Players)

came out firing. was super agro and reading people well, taking down lots of small pots, without showing down any garbage. guess thats why i got 4 bet shoved by AJo into my AKo: a perfect setup for how i had been playing. be agressive and win small pots with the crap hands, that way you get action from lesser holdings when you are strong. didnt work out for me though as he flopped his 3 outer and i was crippled. limped along for another hour looking for a spot to get it in. flopped top pair from bb in an unraised pot and bet 3/4 pot. sb checkcalled. turn was a king. i shove. he check calls with K5o. he checkcalled with only flopped bottom pair. so lame. i played great i think. just got out-run twice. run bad

played a hand super bad, calling down this idiot with ace high. then i shoved 9bb with TT knowing the idiot in the sb would call me with something quite weak and he did, A8o. how i can i beat a 3 outer?

$20 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (2nd out of 9 Players)

this guy played so tight the entire tourney, even while short handed, but once we got headsup, he found a gear that must have been overdrive for him. he was like a totally different player. he called my allin with K6o. sure he had a 2:1 lead, but if he lost that hand, i would have had him 3:2. kinda weird. guess he knew how bad i run and that my A8 would never hold vs his K6.
