really bad week for me!!! i played very bad way to much bluffing n just playing bad.i deserve to be down 3x this much!!!!
Birthday is oct 16 so i have a month to do these goals!!
1. Play my best no matter the bad beats n fustration and not give money away.
2. Take every tourney buy inn seriously.
3. Cash atleast 2k in a tourney.
4. Start going to the gym 5 times a week.

Finally I had a positive week!!!! This month was an extremely tough and swingy month. It was very frustrating and it shows how tough it is to play many hours of poker and stay positive. Although it was a tuff week, I balanced out my account for august!! Actually up like 20 dollars for the month. In the beginning of the month I was truly running sick terrible BAD. I then made the money back from satellites which I lost by playing to many big tourneys and finally won the money I lost from those big tourneys. Thing that I need to improve on:
1.        Don’t give away money on tilt
2.        Don’t go into big tourneys when you haven’t been playing your best.
3.        Only play tourneys when you are extremely focused.
4.        Don’t play poker like a Job, or tired. Play poker to your best abilities and make good decision
5.        Leave while you’re up for the day! don’t play long enough to give the money back.
Overall a good summer for poker hopefully this continues with my time with school

all my money ive won this week was due to satalite money.. From Ftops my cash games still have not made me to much money. I will continue to try my best in the cash games but if i take some more sick swings i will move down limits. Today i had i kq on button i raise to 8 guy re raise to 24, i thought he was steaing so i call flop come 3k10, he bets 32 i smooth call turn come k i have trips guys shoves for 150 i instant call he has ak so sick cause i put him on AA. it was about a 450 pot. So cash games i didnt make any money this week only off satalites which is so sad because i pride myself as a cash player....

yes i do use this blog to let out bitch/steam!!! its my way of handling the terrable beats i get throughout the day as well as keep a journal of my winnings. no harm ment guys but thanx for blogging and support. monday n tuesday i have been running the worst i ever have in my life!!! i will post hands later but its sickening!!!! from feeling confident at 1/2 now i need to revise and take a few days off!!! i dont know how i am loseing so much but playing very solid. after a 2k withdrawl last week and loseing almost 2k in about a week and a half i am left with about 3/5s my roll and considering moving down limits. i will play sat since i have a free roll for iron man but other than that im very diapointed. hope to pick myself up thanx- the good life1

took a break from poker this week i did not play monday tuesday wednesday saturdy and very little friday. i ran good thurdays and the break did me well. ran good and went up around 700 on thursday. friday made about 100 when i barley played and sunday i went up a lot prolly around 600 in cash games but i lost 400 to satalites and i only made it into the 750k not the sunday mulligan so that was terrable and i lost in the turbo fiddy and a 75 dollar buy in. in tourneys i just didnt catch anything today. alittle dissapointed since i have been doing good in tourneys bedised todays. reguardless another positive week and that i cant argue with.
