April 29, 2007, 11AM: Played 3 hours, 9 minutes at Tulalip
$180 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (105th out of 245 Players)

Wsop Qualifier ... Got stack up to 42K within 2 hours with 5K starting chips.  Was among the chip leaders ... thought this could be the one, but ... things went horribly on 2 big hands later on in tourney.

JJ-L vs 77 got drew out runner runner for flush
57K pot!

Key hands earlier on:
AK-W (s) vs A10 (Chip leader).  Important as paid much attention to CHip leader.  Very aggressive ....

KQ-W vs Q,9 Board of: JJQ, then 9 then 5.  Opponent was aggressive all 3 bets

A10-W Called short stack all in for 4500, guy K,7 (s)

10J (s)-L vs ?? on flop of: KQQ.  Guy bets out, I call.  Bet again on turn, I call.  Goes all in on river ..... I believe he had strong hand ..... that was very STUPID to be chasing a open ender on such easily possible full house board!!! (plus ... very bad value draw)

Small but important hand:
A2-W suited vs ?? JJ7 board
99-L vs A4 (s) raised 3xs early, got called by sb with A4.  BOard came: A,4,2.  SHe bets out 2k into 7k pot.  I reraised to 6k, she calls ..... Sign shes strong !

Remedy next time: small pot, only 3k invested ..... fold after flop!!!! If she's that intersted in leading out after you bet preflop with a A on board, even though she may have A, weak kicker .... she has shown SOME interest in playing the pot.  Fuk it ... drop hand there. Save chips, play another day.  3k, no big deal

Happy with play as today was just not meant to be ... Be patient.

April 27, 2007, 9PM: Played 2 hours, 9 minutes at UB
$30 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (49th out of 230 Players)

Played Ok ... did a bank call with A,Q suited on a raise and all in.  Bad move ... also got unlucky with KK vs A,J guy hit a straight.

gambled at the end with all my stack for: on open ender

Oh well, no guts no glory.

April 25, 2007, 9PM: Played 30 minutes at Full Tilt
$85 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (180th out of 220 Players)

Basically played like shit ... very fast and clouded judgement making 'forced' calls.  Lesson learned before .... very tough to play back to back tournament because you will have very little left in you.  Played with no heart and also just didnt care enough!

April 25, 2007, 4PM: Played 3 hours at River Rock
$200 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (80th out of 165 Players)

Played well .... splashed around a lot in the beginning going as plan to play many pots. Worked out well as managed to build stack a little.  But, loss a 2k pot when a guy flopped trips ....

Got knocked out @ 300-600 blinds when cutoff raised to 2k and I reraised all in for 6 k with KKs.  He held A,J and hit Ace on flop.  Undesireable results, but happy with play, welcome AJ anytime .... Be consistent and it will come around.

April 24, 2007, 7PM: Played 3 hours, 27 minutes at UB
$36 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (17th out of 129 Players)

Broke even on a rebuy tourney ....
Got boot in 17th place.  5th in chips with 67k blinds 1k-2k.  Chip leader (110k)raises utg to 6k.  I wake up in BB with KKs! Raised to 19K.  He calls ... ugh.
Flop comes 10s,3h,Js.  I bet half pot for 20k.  he pushed me in , I call.  He flips As,Qs.  Spade comes on river.  That sucked .....Would have been good position for win after that hand ..... but guess this one was not meant to be.

Overall played well ... Ok with play on that hand, maybe instead of betting half pot next time.  Just jammed, spade or no spade .... you want all his chips in before he sees next card.  Esp since its big pot!
