looks like a loss... but i consider it a triumph... had the worst variance all day
 
lost 3 from the money in a razz tourney with my 9 high going against 10 high that this girl cahcsed with from 4th... hit her 8 high
 
lost in a 10 dollar + knockout bounty... well, got crippled... when my AQ raised and called an all in from 10-9 off that hit a 9
 
final table of a 45 sng... in 4th of the last 6, but top 4 are all pretty tight... raise with aces, get called by the big stack who limped in first position
 
flop 10d-4d-4 he insta shoves, i call... he turns over J-5 diamonds... rivers his 5th diamond
 
only played a few multi sngs and tourneys... got crushed on the .50/1 tables... was down like 50+... got online late, played for an hour and went on a super rush for the first 30 minutes or so and got a huge chunk of it back

friend who posts on here staked me 120 so i only took back 28 of that 56... up and down most of the night, mostly down... he doubled me up with 9s vs. my Ks... half because he didn't mind
 
back up to 90... big stack is super aggressive and i think i have a read on him
 
one limper.. i look down at pocket 5s in the cutoff, so i bump it to 10... big stack in the bb calls, so does limper
 
flop comes out Jd-10d-3h
 
bb checks, so does limper
 
i bet just under the pot... $30... came into the hand with like 95... big stack thinks for a brief moment and pops it up to 90, enough to make the limper fold
 
i have my read and think i'm ahead based on tendencies... but on this board, it's a very marginal call with 5s... but i'm pretty certain i'm ahead... i look at my buddy and go
 
"i want to make this call but if i'm wrong i'm going to look real dumb"
 
he says "do whatever you think's right, i can handle the loss"
 
so i call with my last 45 or so... and i say "you have a J or a 10?"
 
he responds "two overs" and shows 7-6 off suit... i hold and pat myself on the back for the next thirty days or so

ran HORRIBLE... especially in limit hold'em on the horse table... kept missing my draws, and people hitting theirs... happened on about 5 or 6 pots where i raised one, two or even three bet on preflop and would either miss super draws or have someone hit a draw... definition of horrible variance
 
same with my couple tournies i tried... lose with 9s to 10s, minimal things like that

finished last in a stud hi/lo sng... partly me playing bad... actually a lot... but, also getting rolled up Ks 3 times and not even splitting, missing lots of draws... c'est la vie
167 of 364 in a 10 dollar tourney... won the first hand... none after that, totally card dead... m was at 6... 3 limpers, shove with A-10 one of the limpers calls with A-Q
7th in a 45 person sng... guess what? yeap, ran into aces... early position raise, i'm short stack, shove in SB with KQ... run into AA... remarkable how many times i loise at that sngs final table to aces... like, really often
18th of 45... was a good stack size, button with Kc-10c... cutoff bets, i put him on a steal and call... planning to shove his continuation bet regardless of flop, which is j-8-3... he bets 2/3rds... i shove, calls, show's J-4... i cripple lose a couple orbits of nothing later
 
horrible dayh continues... 4th of 6 in a sng... top pair top kicker runs into Ks... top pair runs into a call who hits his runner flush
94th of 111 in limit hi/lo omaha... one really bad fold, and got hit by the deck against the table fish twice... once again... really good read on a Q-9-3 flop that my 9s were good, he bets, i call, turn puts two clubs up
i cap him... he hits the club flush on the river, cripples me... lose to him capping with 3-4-2-9 against my 3-3-2-6 (no flush draw for him, spade for me) where he hits a set of 4s
10th of 45 in a 5 person sng... kinda short, shoved on the bb with A-6... calls with K-j... rivers the K
 
NO VARIANCE IN MY FAVOIR... that one made me yell pretty loud angrily
day of horribleness continues on my next 6 person sng... finish 5th when my check-raised two pair on the flop which gets run into by a GUTSHOT STRAIGHTsad;ognhasdo;ghnasd;oghas
continues in a 10 dollar 18 sng... lose obig on the second hand when the table fish (guess it wasn't him and it was me) hits a set against my top two pair... work my stack back up from 220 to 900... down to 780, shove against a min raise with 2 callers... one calls, my 4-4 in a race with AQ... Q on the flop
5th of 6 in a 11 dollar turbo... one guy happened to bluff when i had nothing and hit gold when i had something
up 10 or so on limit hi/lo cheapie cash table that i ran hard
finished 4th of 45 on a sng... hard to complain since i was 9th of 9 at final table, super short and my 10-6 won an all in against A-A and K-J hitting a boat... BUUUUT... when you call the short stack's all in on a flop of 2-4-4 and you have A-7 and he shows 10-7... and he talked shit all game... and hits a 10... slightly frustrating considering how the day went

first in a 9 handed turbo sng... got fortunate when the 2nd stack DCed after i busted the 3rd stack... blinded him out
10s lose to 3-5 early on in 10 dollar tourney after my x5 re-raise
AK top pair top kicker loses to set of 9s in satellite token sng
hero call with A-8 vs. maniac who shoved with 3-6 one from money in turbo sng, first place
2nd of 45 in a 45 person sng... super tight at final, good heads up until my semi-bluff went awry
lost real early in a 330 person or so tourney when pocket 10s ran into pocket Qs on a 2-7-9 board
finished 18th of 112 in a hi/lo limit tourney... took 3 runner beats late... guys basically played their hands right but, i was ahead the whole time until two runner flushes nailed me and crippled me
362 out of 484 in a $5 hold'em after a bad read
20 of 25 in a ftops rebuy satellite, i only rebought once... shoved two orbits after it with J-J, got called by K-2 who hit a K
finished 11th of 90 in horse... played a really good shortstack... lost in stud hi/lo when my rolled up Ks got beat by a 3-4-Q flush call who hit trip 3s on 4th and 6th
lost first hand of daily double B... top pair vs. a set... i go pretty aggro when i'm in a hand early on in tourneys to get a stack started
big stack in a 45 person sng... flop two pair... i'm in 2nd place, first place bets pot on the board i SHOVE with literally like 200 fewer chips than him... he calls for his late tournament outside the money on a flush draw and hits immediately... that is the opposite of how i play aggro... i shove early on draws, play smart late
1st of 18 in a 5 dollar 18 sng... short most of the final, won one race, had my money in good every other time
finished 559 of 1200+ in A... was in good shape right after the first break, man to my right min raises, i pop it x3 his raise with AK... he calls, flop J-3-8... he checks, i shove on him, he calls with Q-9... rivers a gutshot straight... i'm short, stay out of pots for two orbits, shove with A-9... run into A-Q
