Omaha Hi-Lo

Mix of limit and PL O8.

Chased too much playing micro limit.

December 29, 2007, 9PM: Played 2 hours, Lost $8.25 at FT
$0.10 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo

Started well short handed, but the table filled up and I went to shit.  Saved $1.75 by leaving table. I guess that is a good thing.

$5 Buy-In Pot-Limit Omaha Tournament (89th out of 179 Players)

Double Stack

Couldn't avoid the big hand. Set vs top 2 and str8 draw vs flush draw.  Took the gamble knowing I had the best hand but the draws were out there.  It was worth it to tripple up and be in control if it holds.

December 28, 2007, 7PM: Played 1 hour, 45 minutes, Made $15.70 at FT
$3 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (5th out of 90 Players)

Knockout, Double-stack, Turbo 1,2

3 of 27 left at break. Trippled up with 86, then picked away at some blinds.  Made an 85 work as well and have some people at the table wondering what I am playing.  Staying away from big pots preflop and laying down hands that I am unsure of or not in control of.

Made 2 quick mistakes at the final table that really cost me as theblinds and antes were quite high.  I was patient and hung on to watch 2 more players drop before committing my stack preflop.

December 28, 2007, 7PM: Played 25 minutes, Made $3.35 at FT
$0.10 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo

Decided to play a bit after checking my stats and seeing that I don't do badly at PL or NL O8 online.

I set a goal of making my buy-in for my tourney back, hit it early and walked away.

$3 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (661st out of 696 Players)

Knockout

Early raise 4X bb in cutoff w/ A9. Flop 956.  I shove there was a 87 who called pre.

Oops.

December 16, 2007, 5PM: Played 3 hours, Made $6.62 at FT
$5 Buy-In No-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo Tournament (15th out of 194 Players)

start 6:45

5 of 38 left at 2nd break.  Played the first third of the tourney in the top 5, second third in the bottom 5%, and now back in top 5.

Reading and playing pretty well, gambling at the right times.

Make the money then suffer a huge beat.  Then melt down and exit 2 hands later.  Not at all pleased with myself at how this ended.  Played patient and solid all game to piss it away in three hands. AAAAAAGHHHHH!
