keeping with the limit theme... and just keeping the grind going
 
i'll probably two table it a little bit later... being patient and sticking with this for a while should let me keep making up for any losses i do make playing tournaments and SnGs, and when I eventually pull in a big cash, my bankroll will be back in decent shape
 
 
if all goes to theory... all i know is i'm sticking with the limit tables from now on when i'm loaded

been playing short handed tables, and playing them very aggressively... been mostly working out.

i'm much better heads up at this... players are too loose on line, 5-6 people to every pot, tough to get your money in good ever... and since i didn't hit like, nut flush or anything of the like once, i was always getting fucked

forgot to add this on friday because i was pretty exhausted... long night.
 
anyways, had a game... it was rebuys, and i showed up an hour late because i had to cover a game, so i got my stack bought in at the very last minute...
 
in terms of blinds, i wasn't in HORRIBLE shape, but i needed to pick my moments...
 
so, i fold around the first 5 or 6 hands i'm in, even my blinds
i get in the cutoff and i have K-Q suited diamonds... short stack limped from first position and another guy in MP limped, he was very short... so i raised it to x4 the BB
 
gets to the BB he calls, first position pushes in which is just enough over the minimum raise that i can re-riase...
 
so the limper from MP folds, i raise it up big... to 90 overall
 
betting went like this
 
my stack is 140 at the start of the hand... i raise to 25... call, push to about 40 or 50... i re-raise it up to about 100 so i can isolate, bb goes all in for about 20 more to me, which i did not want, but i call
 
 
short stack shows A-5
bb pushed over the top on me with 6-5 off suit (wtf?)
 
but the side pot with the bb would put me in good shape if i won too, so that's okay
 
flop is 2-6d-8d
 
so 6-5 takes the lead... and holds... and triples up
 
and cripples me... so next hand when i push with K-Q off suit, for x3 the BB... i get called by 4 awful hands and bust
 
didn't even last one orbit... weak

i did really good at razz tonight... biggest thing that lets me know that was of the 156 hands i played, only 8 went to 7th street... and of those 8, i won 6... or 75%... which is a really good rate since razz hands that showdown are always the biggest pots
