March 26, 2006, 3PM: Played 1 hour, Lost $151.00 at BD's (OTC)
$4/8 Texas Hold'em
This is how my session starts out.(NOT A BAD BEAT STORY) I flopped 10 fo Qs. My opponent turns a straight flush, and just calls my bets on the turn and the river. She thought that someone had to call her all the way down to collect a bonus hand! In hindsight, she saved me a bunch of money on my car insurance by just calling. I proceed to run into two hot people that took most of the chips off the table and the game broke! Don't mess with the hot man! Happens every time. I am too tired to play today, worked 17 hrs yesterday. Gonna let the dealers play the rest of the day!

$4/8 Texas Hold'em
Got even plus some after I clocked out. I was playing semi-target poker against two opponents who nobody liked. I did my duty and beat the crap out of them, and then dispersing there chips to other players who needed it more. LOL, kind of a Robin Hood type thing. Felt good to get even and make a couple of peoples lives miserable, is that so wrong?

Texas Hold'em
Was doing well to start off! I loaned a donker friend some money to play. then, I get at about even and catch AA. Guess who beat me....my own money. Flop a set of aces, he catches runner flush with K rag! I love it when my own money beats me. Started trying to be a bull, had good hands...ran into a asian donk who calls for any flush draw and got there twice..kinda hurt me! Took off with little chips left, and watched my other money stay even! Good luck other money!

$4/8 Texas Hold'em
Played well short-handed poker today. I hope this is a trend for me considering I will be keeping games going on my newly aquired floor position. I made two bad calls (trust your reads) to cost me 24 dollars. Other thatn that, had a sound session with no real dilemma's, couple of beats same as always!

2-10 spread with 5-20 overs
The night of couldah wouldah shouldah!
I hear in the poker world in Spokane that this is the best game to play. I agree and disagree. I agree, because I book a win almost every time I have played hear. I disagree because the amount of bad calls and bad play equals that of any 3-6 or 4-8 game in town. That said, it was an interesting night. The game is rather tight....UNTIL someone puts a big raise before the flop. You always get 4 or so limper's, because they think they have "Pot Odds". I really don't need to question why I win in this game so often, but this night could have been HUGE! Yes, I could go into detail about how I got sucked out on and out drawn to two-outers, but that would make me less of a poker player. I utilized every situation correctly. The best of them all, was coercing a select few of the so-called real players to play 5-20 overs. My dream came true. I set them up by turning over weak hands and showing bluffs, and then I tightened up like a Mo-Fo. Trapping them several times, getting callers many times when warranting a call was not fathomable. So, I guess in retrospect, it did hinder at times, because I had two specific hands that I slow played and then pumped hard, had a perfect trap and then the inevitable two-outer would occur. I decide to look at the last hand, A6c utg, and I lay it down, just to take my GOOD win and go home because of the witching hour. Of course, I walk away and look back and flop the nuts. But, you still have to play the hand accordingly and the game was being played very solid at the time, to limp in...that would have cost me 22 preflop. Just one of those nights! The company was rather good tonight, only one real tilt boy, and one rock that no one liked. But I made quick work of them and took control of my table presence. A lot of valuable lessons in this game, and I will remember this one for a while!

Just screwing around with my pool buddies. Guy makes quads with 36 to kind of hurt me with 1010. Had fun...no expectations.

$20 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (13th out of 33 Players)
Played really well today. Made a couple of very good bets and lay downs. And, of course I got my chips in with the best hand, 88 against A8. We will just say he did not have a pair of aces to win the hand.(huge sucking sound)

Game I have been able to beat 9 out of ten times. I should play this game more often. Easy reads, and the fact that it is a spread limit 2-10 game makes it easy to read your opponent. I played my m=normal style, but could make moves on pots easier. Game was kind of tight. Which made it better!
