April 24, 2006, 3AM: Played 1 hour, 12 minutes, Lost $100.00 at Lilac Lanes
Texas Hold'em

Now that I had some juice from BJ, I could ram and jam a little.  Just had fun and played semi-reckless, and then went home.  I am trying to make my graph look a little more staggered, LOL!

April 24, 2006, 2AM: Played 15 minutes, Lost $100.00 at Lilac Lanes
Texas Hold'em

Got a little tipsie after work.  Went to play poker with Mr. V.  I knew I was going to play bad and didn't care.  Got wired Ks and lost and played a few more draws. Time to go play BJ and test out the luck lately.

April 23, 2006, 9PM: Played 1 hour, 30 minutes, Made $31.00 at BD's (OTC)
$4/8 Texas Hold'em

Started a new game after the tournament, played pretty solid.  Only played two hands bad, and starting to get back into a mode.  I can't garuantee if the game gets going that I will play good, 18 work day yesterday, working on 12 today.  Wish me luck!

April 22, 2006, 8PM: Played 3 hours, Lost $176.00 at BD's (OTC)
$4/8 Texas Hold'em

The downward spiral begins.  I played really well the first two hours, and could not drag a pot.  I ran into an asian train called Lisa, she couldn't miss.  After that, I just got bored again and played bad.  Unfortunately, I could not get out of the game, because it would have broke.  If I was off the clock, I would have.  It makes me think if I should have seperate poker logs for on the clock and off.  I am curious to see what a difference it would make!

April 22, 2006, 3PM: Played 30 minutes, Lost $24.00 at BD's (OTC)
$4/8 Texas Hold'em

Played 78c in late position and made 35 bucks.  KK sb, lay it down on the turn to two guys pumping hard, was beat.  K4c on the button, 6 way action.  Pump the hand and lost, no club.  Game broke.

April 19, 2006, 3AM:
True friends

I was utterly amazed tonight as I tried to catch up with an OLD (age) friend that I used to play with for five years, and he worked for me as a prop player.  He didn't give me the time of day, and have came to realize that he only keeps his buddy's that he wants for financial gain.  Basically what I am trying to get at is that he is a complete fake, and a complete greed monger.  I really feel sorry for him and his life.

The moral of the story is: Be careful with your friends and co-workers and who you can trust.  It is hard to say that you really know someone, especially in the poker business.  Money is the root of all evil, and it makes people do bad things, and ruins friendships.  I consider my myself good at reading other people and keep my friends close.  I was way off on this one, and I had to get it off my chest.  Thanks for listening poker log!

April 19, 2006, 1AM: Played 2 hours, Made $2.00 at Ringo's
$3/6 Omaha Hi-Lo

Full kill game.  Very loose, lots of calling.  I started out this session playing perfect poker.  Up about 100 in 30 minutes.  Then I found myself getting bored again and a little burned out of poker.  I was also getting frustrated with the lack of dealer ability, which is key in Omaha, with one exception, an old dealer/friend of mine.  This game is really beatable, I just didn't dedicate my energy into it, and look forward to playing it again sometime when my "A" game is on!

April 18, 2006, 11PM: Played 1 hour, 15 minutes, Lost $200.00 at Ringo's
Texas Hold'em

This was a 2-6 spread limit game.  I was tired and bored (sober), from the get go.  I had fun donking off some chips, cause Deiyuo and MV were in the game with me.  I was laughing to myself at a guy in the game.  Peoples perception of what a GOOD player is cracks me up sometimes.  Especially when they tell everybody at the table that they are and just got done calling down with a raise pre-flop UTG with K10 and then splitting a pot with a 3-7 straight on the board.  I know it sounds like pot calling kettle blah blah, but I choose to play bad sometimes, and the real GOOD players never divulge there ability and jabber about reading every hand for everyone else and talking all the time.

This game is a really bad structure and is really not worth spending a lot of time analyzing.  For my sake, I will stay away from this game.

April 18, 2006, 1AM: Played 2 hours, Lost $470.00 at Lilac Lanes
Texas Hold'em

Wow, Deiyuo is in town, and we are drunk.  Played crazy poker.  Trevis was in on the action too.  A couple of real DONKEYS at our table that kept calling and catching.  Just another fact that a 2-10 spread game has just as many loose/bad players as every other game.

Yes, I played horrible, yes I got called down a lot! So what.  Deiyuo was in town! Hammerman, Deiyuo, and Powertrevis all had a good time drinking and some of us gambling.

Oh, and even though I don't like getting even playing BJ, I did and made money on the night, so that made it even better!

Night Night!

April 17, 2006, 3AM: Played 1 hour, 40 minutes, Made $155.00 at BD's (OTC)
$4/8 Texas Hold'em

I once again gave into peer pressure, and jumped into a late night short-handed game.  Deiyuo was dominating the table, and we had some fun in a few pots.  I played extremely well, considering the lack of sleep and long hours at work.  I over played one hand, where I got too much respect from a friend/player.  Cost me 40 bucks.  The pots were big and the action was fast thanks to my little Greek/Italian friend pushing the game.  Had a great time playing again with him and starting to slowly get my mental game back that I have been missing for some time.
