$4/8 Texas Hold'em
Switched over to 4/8 and all hell broke loose. Got the game to 8 handed, and the newest player decided that he was being a donk today. Raises with 78 off and I re-raise with AA I push him the hole way and he calls down to hit his bottom pair for a set on the riv. Just another so-called bad beat story. The next hand I flop a pair and he out draws me again, so I left. Game filled up, got juice for the day, life is good!

Played this to get the day started for the man. Really felt like just going home, but once again felt a bit obligated. Plus it was 1/2 and we could still win a monte carlo hand.

$20 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (1st out of 16 Players)
Played well today. Short field and didnt get much the first few rounds. I only made one semi-bad play, but it was early and affordable. Beat up on a donkey that no one likes, so that was fun. Then I cut a deal with a co-worker.

Jumped back in, went on a rollercoaster ride with some donkeys and made a little win. Kept the game going....good day so far for the poker room!

Game started to fill up and we switched it over to 4/8. Got JJ, ran into QQ. Luckily He hit his set on the flop and checked it to try to make a bonus monte carlo hand...plus it was the boss and he gave me a good tell to save me some money. Game filled up and I had to get out.

Switched over to the 4-8, and I was having fun fring chips with a little buddy in the game. I got the best of it, hit some flushes and made some good hands hold up.

Got the 2-4 going to play short handed and get another game fired up for the evening. Had fun with the players and goofed around.
