October 31, 2007, 5AM: Played 4 hours, Made $27.00 at Couch Casino
$5 Buy-In HORSE Tournament (3rd out of 44 Players)

Was holding my own till i misread a hand in stud hilo.  I faught back from 900, to 4000 in holdem.  Then another 2000 in O8.  Lost chips again in razz, as people were chasing.  Played solid in stud high, caught up once to be chip leader.
 
Then, the tourney got really long.  Good thing Deiyuo was watching, so it made the time go by.  I got through all the games well, and had the chip lead a few times.  Made a big error at final three and went in the dumps.

October 17, 2007, 6PM:
Poker Cruise

Well, Jesse and I are finally back in Napa after spending a couple of days on the beach in LA.  Needless to say, we needed a bit of wind down time after 7 days at sea.
 
The poker cruise was a lot of fun.  We would spread some tournaments, then have a couple of 1-2 no limit games, and a 3-6 structured game here and there.  After we shut down the poker room, it was a night of drinking and dancing at the top of the ship.  I played several times and did pretty good for the whole trip.  My bar tab came to 500 dollars, which was not the record for one person in our party...lol.
 
I will be posting soon the results of my wins and losses.
 
I'll be back in Spokane Friday, and back to the daily grind at BD's.

October 13, 2007, 5PM: Played 1 hour, 30 minutes, Made $34.00 at worldpokersolutions.com poker cruise
$3/6 Texas Hold'em

This might have been the most fun of all games played so far.  It was the last day.  The Cougar Catcher had just gave another seminar, followed by a 3-6 game that Me, Jesse, CC, my dad and a few other newbies jumped in.
 
The irony? Everything that CC decided to teach them not to do, he did! Playing reckless, and having a blast.  But, it worked out ok as many of the pots were awarded to the new players and it made for a great 3-6.  We were all splashing chips around and the newbies were getting some good laughs out of it.
 
All in all, what a success and a trip for a lifetime! Can't wait for Seattle in 2008!!!!
